In order of opportunity for you in installation of this game, you need to enable (to allow) the installation of applications from Unknown sources in the phone settings. Usually this item is located in the Security section.

Hey i was wondering has anyone else had a problem with making shady (aka the salesman) appear at the ramen shop ive done everything the walkthrough and wiki says already but to no avail i even started a new save file just to see if ive accidentally soft locked myself since it appears that it can happen very easily in this game example:tentens questline when you have to go to the training grounds and think about a plan that i couldn't do because i went yo the ramen shop to see karin at the evening instead of morning ive even tried adding mods and updated the game but he just doesn't appear ive checked every mourning and evening for over 50 days in each save after meeting karin at the forest I'll check back in a while to see if anyone has found a fix
